Assessment update (Ashby)
Sent to https://api.ashbyhq.com/assessment.update with the
customer's own Ashby API key when the candidate starts, when results
are ready, and when a recruiter cancels inside Capstone. Delivered only
when Ashby answers success: true; otherwise retried up to 6 times
with exponential backoff from one minute. A run without a numeric score
reports the string "Not scored".
