Callbacks Capstone sends
How Capstone pushes progress and results back to the ATS.
Capstone pushes updates to the ATS rather than waiting to be polled.

Delivery and retries
- Up to 6 attempts with exponential backoff, starting one minute apart. This covers an ATS outage of roughly an hour.
- A non-2xx answer, a timeout, or Ashby's
success: falsecounts as a failure and is retried. - Only one delivery per order is queued at a time. The recruiter or Capstone support can resend a finished result, so treat repeats as normal.
Webhooks for your own systems
Capstone does not yet offer webhook subscriptions to companies. The callbacks above go only to the ATS. If you need events in your own system, ask your Capstone contact what is planned.
