Test status

Current state of an order. Greenhouse calls this after Capstone's results-ready callback.

An ATS partner key (capats_greenhouse_… or capats_ashby_…) as the Basic username, with an empty password. Issued once per customer connection and pasted into the ATS.

Send test POST

Invite a candidate. **This sends a real invitation email to the candidate address you supply.** Idempotent on application id + test id: repeating the call while the order is open returns the same `partner_interview_id` and sends no second email. An order that was cancelled or failed is reopened.
