Results ready (Greenhouse)
Capstone sends a bodiless PATCH to the url received in send_test
when results are ready, authenticated with the partner key as Basic
username. Greenhouse then calls test_status. Retried up to 6 times
with exponential backoff from one minute.
Any 2xx counts as delivered.
Report request errors POST
Greenhouse reports a Capstone response it could not parse. Always answers 200.
Send test POST
Invite a candidate. **This sends a real invitation email to the candidate address you supply.** Idempotent on application id + test id: repeating the call while the order is open returns the same `partner_interview_id` and sends no second email. An order that was cancelled or failed is reopened.
